Tuttle Library Minutes
October 19 2015
Present: Yvette Brinkley, Colleen Giffin, Ron Haggett, Steve Ullman, and Margie Warner
Ron moved and Colleen seconded adoption of the agenda. Adopted unanimously.
Colleen moved and Yvette seconded adoption of the Minutes from the previous September meeting. Adopted unanimously.
Ron submitted the Treasurer’s Report. The current cash balance is appropriate for this point in the calendar year. Needed repairs are planned for the next few months.
Ron moved and Steve seconded a motion to appropriate the same sum (a maximum of $200) as the Library trustees authorized for last year’s Festival of Trees. Adopted unanimously.
Margie and Ron will bring a draft budget for next year to the November meeting of the Library Trustees
Kathy Chisholm submitted a request for the following holiday closings – Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and then Boxing Day. The Trustees agreed to this schedule.
Yvette proposed and Steve seconded a motion to present a holiday gift of $75 to each staff member. Four voted in favor. There was one abstention.
Ron moved and Colleen seconded a motion to adjourn. Adopted unanimously.
